The Food & Art Italian Experience is a fascinating project, shared by two great partners: Alma, La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana and the Lungarotti family, a worldly known winery based in Umbria, owning Le Tre Vaselle Wine Resort & SPA, location of the cooking courses, accommodation for the guests, strategic point of departure for endless tours in Umbria and central Italy and the big art cities of Florence, Siena and Rome. We want to offer to you an authentic Italian experience, in the kitchen - with a high quality program teaching you the true Italian regional cuisine, Italian products and wines - and outside the kitchen, thanks to the warm and elegant hospitality of the Lungarotti Family.

ALMA - The International School of Italian Cuisine - has its headquarters in the ducal palace of Colorno (Parma) and is a leading center for education and training in Italian cuisine, pastry and sommellerie, known all over the world. We teach our students to become great cooks and ambassadors of our gastronomy and cuisine in Italy and all over the world.
The Lungarotti Group represents the excellence of warm Italian hospitality, rooted in the family tradition of the prestigious and worldly known Lungarotti Wineries. The vineyards and the cellars are centered in Torgiano and Montefalco - two of the most renowned wine-production areas of Umbria. The family owns the 5 star Le Tre Vaselle Wine & Spa Resort and the Agriturismo Poggio alle Vigne, a 17th century farmhouse surrounded by olive threes and vineyards. The resort includes a Spa for vinotherapy and the restaurant, Le Melograne, rooted in Umbrian tradition, terroir and local products. The Family opened though the years the Wine Museum and the Olive Oil Museum, a must to see for food and olive oil lovers.
